Drag Bingo, hosted by the Madame (with Mister de Cock on his Organ)

Over 18’s only! Prudes must bring a chaperone!

The Madame is a drag artist that has been showing off for over a decade. Jay De Cock is a pianist that is so old his career spans almost 300 years. Both performers have a mad passion for drama and all things musical! Mister De Cock is a master at fingering his way around an organ, all 88 (two fat ladies) keys, whilst The Madame loves having her “g string” played. This night isn’t just about live music and singing, though, it’s also about BINGO! Rules that have been thrown out the window, and new ones put in place, to make you buckle with laughter and gain a full house of prizes (well, a cupboard full of cheap wine!) There will be class “(a) drag” and live music at this event. Dont miss out on fun. Get your ducks in a row and reserve your seat!

Donations: £15 per person (limited to 20) and includes yummy party snacks and soft drinks. Bring your own alcohol and we’ll provide the ice and glasses!

Joss & Lou colour.jpeg

Sunday, 2 June, 3:30pm - 7:00pm @! 2 Mount Drive, BN2 8QA
Lou Beckerman (voice) and Joss Peach (piano)

Jazz vocalist & poet, Lou Beckerman, with composer & pianist, Joss Peach, invite you to sit back and allow the songs and musical poetry to take you on a journey. Their performance has been described as ‘unexpected and memorable travels through the human condition.' Poignant and witty, with an emotional depth guaranteeing wide-reaching appeal. An intimate performance - warm, vibrant and entertaining, lifting the spirit.’

The poems are from Lou’s 2023 collection, Welcome to the Now. Her jazz repertoire covers best-loved standards to contemporary songs, including her own compositions and vocalises; and songs from her two recorded albums, My Gift to You, and the jazz-influenced, Into the Blue.

Joss Peach is a BAFTA award-winning pianist and composer - one of the UK’s most in-demand performers. His facility to play in many different styles - giving familiar songs new life with fresh interpretations - and his warm manner have made him a firm favourite.

‘Charming, touching and quirky.’
‘A rich and multi-textured experience’.
